Morning Challenge Thinking Questions

When the children come in at the start of the day we often have questions ready for them to answer. We will put up a selection so that you can share these with your family and friends too . . . can you remember some of the answers that came up?

What is a beluga? An animal, fish or vegetable?

What makes a crocodile smile?

Why do sharks have to swim all the time?

Can animals tell the time?

What is a leap year?

What is your favourite thing to do in the swimming pool?

Which animal has a tongue longer than its tail?

What can you tell your talking partner about the number 32?

We also keep up to date with current affairs by reading The First News newspaper and then sharing what we have learnt about with our friends.
