2d shapes

We have been learning about 2d shapes this week through games and activities.  Remember:
Triangles have 3 sides and 3 corners
Pentagons have 5 sides and 5 corners
Hexagons have 6 sides and 6 corners
Octagons have 8 sides and 8 corners.

Can you remember these without looking?

We know that 2d shapes can sometimes be irregular so they don't look how we expect.
