Boats Ahoy!

We spent today using 2 d shapes to make the best boats we could. Some children chose to make viking boats, others chose fishing boats with Cass explaining how his boat caught all the fish in the nets he had made. Harvey's rowing boat was made by cleverly tessellating the shapes he chose.  Others used circles to show the steam coming out of their boat funnels and Olivia chose to make a paddle boat!
What shapes do you think were most popular to make a boat?
We will collect all the information about the shapes we used and then we should be able to show the answer to this question in the block graphs we will make.
