Money, Money, Money!

Year 2 will be thinking a lot about money over the next couple of weeks in their maths work.  We began the morning with thinking about what we could spend 1 pound on. We came up with some interesting ideas: from gym chalk to a book and giving it to charity.

 We also gave Mrs Cundick 50p - having worked out from Mrs. Peterson's purse if we had enough coins to make 50p! She was going to the cross country race with Year 6 at Port Regis all day so we are hoping she managed to buy something with it . . . we will find out tomorrow!
