Exploring Inverse

We were revisiting our work on inverse today.  We explored how smaller numbers are commutative in an addition - they can commute or travel around.

Then we wrote some handy tips to help us to remember how to add and subtract.

We used these tips to mark Mrs Turner's inverse triangles- she was in the learning pit and needed some help!

At the end of the lesson some of us were able to show the rest of the class what to do!
