Frittata!

We made frittata this afternoon as part of our Egg Afternoon. Most people thought they were really tasty!
If you would like to make them at home, we mixed three eggs, 75ml milk, some grated cheese and a sprinkle of herbs.  We then poured the mixture into an oiled muffin tin and baked for 15 minutes until set. Yum yum.
(If you would like to try our recipe but don't have a muffin tin, you could bake the mixture in any oven proof dish and then cut into slices).
